YouTube TV is now offering a new Spanish Plan for consumers to consider. YouTube TV has only ever offered one base subscription, and while that’s still technically the case, the new Spanish Plan provides an alternative option for those specifically interested in Spanish networks. Accompanying the new Spanish Plan, YouTube TV has also announced the launch of a Spanish Plus add-on as well.
YouTube TV continues to be a popular option for live TV streaming with the standard subscription providing access to more than 85 channels. This base subscription costs $64.99 per month and YouTube TV offers the option to improve the channel lineup further through additional premium networks and add-ons. Unlike those add-ons, which can only be purchased on top of the base subscription, YouTube TV is also now offering a dedicated Spanish Plan.
Priced at $34.99 per month, the new Spanish Plan is an alternative to the Base Plan and provides access to more than 28 Spanish networks, including Antena 3, Discovery en Espanol, ESPN Deportes, and Fox Deportes, among others. While this plan is priced at $35 per month, YouTube TV is currently offering the option to sign up and only pay $24.99 per month. This is an introductory offer with the $10 discount applied to each of the first six months of a subscription.
For those in need of slightly more live TV, YouTube TV is also now offering a dedicated Spanish Plus add-on which can be bundled on top of the main Spanish Plan. The Spanish Plus add-on adds more than 25 channels to the lineup and costs an additional $14.99 per month. However, and similar to the main Spanish Plan, YouTube is currently offering the Spanish Plus add-on at a reduced $9.99 per month rate for the first six months.
Basically, signing up to the new Spanish Plan and Spanish Plus add-on will currently cost the consumer just $35 per month for the first six months. In return, they will gain access to more than 50 Spanish networks. As is often the case, the base subscription and add-on will automatically be charged at the higher rates once the six-month period comes to an end, unless cancelled before then. At the non-discounted rate, YouTube TV subscribers can expect to pay just under $50 per month for both the Spanish Plan and Plus add-on.
