Fans of Fox Weather can now listen to an audio-only version of the live channel, thanks to an expansion of its partnership with Audacy. Owned by Fox News Media, Fox Weather providers access to critical weather news and additional weather-related programming.
Audacy is a broadcasting platform that includes access to a variety of free stations and podcasts, offering the option to listen to music, news, sports, and more. Now adding to the list of free stations is Fox Weather.
The Fox Weather audio-only stream on Audacy went live today. As a result, Fox Weather fans can listen to the live stream directly through the Audacy website or by downloading the Audacy app on their preferred devices.
As Fox News Audio already had a deal with Audacy, the availability of Fox Weather marks an expansion of that existing agreement. In addition to Fox Weather, Audacy also distributes Fox News Podcasts and Fox News Talk audio streams.
The audio version of Fox Weather is available through other audio-based services as well, including Apple Podcasts and TuneIn.
Fox Weather originally launched in October 2021, which means it just marked its two-year anniversary last week. As the weather-based channel is a free, ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel, it is free to access.
For those who prefer to watch the free live stream on a TV, the FAST channel is available on a variety of platforms and devices, including Amazon Fire TV, Roku, LG, Samsung and Vizio devices. The free channel can also be accessed directly through various free and paid streaming services, including DirecTV, Fubo, Freevee, Tubi, Xumo, and YouTube TV.
