T-Mobile customers will be eligible to get six months of Apple TV+ for free next Tuesday (March 19), as part of the company’s T-Mobile Tuesday program. Considering Apple TV+ costs $9.99 a month, following a 7-day free trial, the half-year free subscription results in a saving of $59.94.
T-Mobile already offers free Apple TV+ to its Go5G Next and Go5G Plus customers, with the subscription maintained for as long as they remain an active Go5G Next or Go5G Plus customer. While those signed up to the standard Go5G plan aren’t eligible for an ongoing subscription, they are still able to get six months of Apple TV+ for free.
For T-Mobile customers on a different plan, a free six-month Apple TV+ subscription will be available as one of next week’s T-Mobile Tuesday perks. Streaming Better has confirmed the Apple TV+ subscription is currently being advertised in the T Life app, along with a $5 Atom ticket to see Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire.
As the promotion is not live yet, customers will have to check in the T Life app next Tuesday to confirm their eligibility and redeem the offer. For reference, T-Mobile offered the same deal in July of last year, and on that occasion, the free subscription had to be redeemed within a week. Providing that is also the case this time, customers will have through Monday, March 25 to redeem their free subscription.
In addition to T-Mobile customers, Metro by T-Mobile customers on qualifying plans are also able to participate in T-Mobile Tuesdays, which should mean they are also able to redeem a free six-month subscription to Apple TV+ next week.
