$0.99 Per Month Streaming Service Deals For Prime Day 2022

Prime day 2022 streaming deals

Amazon has discounted a number of streaming services to just $0.99 per month for Prime Day. Although this is only a limited time sale, and the discount only applies to the first two months of a subscription, it still can be a good way to save on the initial cost. At the very least, it is a way to test out a new streaming service without having to pay the full price or worry about a short free trial.

There are now plenty of streaming services to choose from with each one coming with its own selling points and benefits. However, with so many services available, the cost can quickly escalate when subscribing to too many at the same time. This can make it hard for consumers to test out new services without having to cancel their existing subscriptions. Then again, this is where deals like this can become additionally useful.

To celebrate Prime Day, the price of many popular streaming services, including Discovery Plus, Paramount Plus, Showtime and Starz, have been reduced to just 99 cents for the first two months when signing up through Amazon. For reference, there is no limit to how many of these Prime Video Channels deals a consumer can sign up to at the same time.

Below is the full list of all the streaming services currently on sale for $0.99 per month for Prime day.

  • AcornTV
  • Allblk
  • AMC+
  • BET+
  • Discovery Plus
  • Epix
  • Hallmark Movies Now
  • MotorTrend
  • Movie Sphere
  • Noggin
  • Pantaya
  • Paramount Plus
  • PBS
  • PBS Documentaries
  • PBS Kids
  • Showtime
  • Starz
  • Up Faith & Family

As these deals are only for Prime Day, they are only available at $0.99 per month up until July 13. At which point they will increase back to their normal monthly rates for new sign-ups. It is also worth keeping in mind that automatic billing is in effect with all of these deals. In other words, once the discounted two months come to an end, the subscription will automatically be charged at the usual higher monthly rate.

The actual price after the first two months will depend on the service. For example, while the cost of a Discovery+ subscription is just $4.99 per month, the price of Showtime is $10.99 per month. The only way to avoid being charged the higher monthly rate after the first two months is to cancel the subscription before the end of the second month.
