Sling Orange Subscribers Can Watch TruTV For Free During March Madness

Sling Orange subscribers currently have access to a free preview of truTV, making it possible to watch March Madness games without having to make any changes to their live TV package or pay anything more each month.

In general, the individual Sling Orange and Sling Blue plans are very similar. However, each plan does come with some channels that the other doesn’t. In terms of March Madness, games are being shown on TBS, TNT, and truTV, and while both Sling Orange and Sling Blue offer access to TBS and TNT, the Sling Blue channel lineup is the only one that also includes truTV.

The only way for Sling Orange subscribers to get access to truTV is to either upgrade their subscription to the combined Orange & Blue plan or add the $6/month Entertainment Extra add-on to their package. During March Madness, however, Sling has unlocked access to truTV for Orange subscribers, ensuring they “won’t miss out on any of the tournament’s thrilling moments.”

As Sling Orange also includes access to ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN3, subscribers are able to watch the women’s NCAA tournament as well. Considering Sling Blue doesn’t include the ESPN channels, Sling Orange is now the better option for any new subscribers looking to watch as much men’s and women’s March Madness content as possible over the next few weeks.

With Sling also still running its half-off promotion, new subscribers can sign up to the Sling Orange plan for as little as $20 for the first month.
