Amazon Prime members can get three months of Starz for just $1.99 a month right now. Considering Starz normally costs $9.99 a month through Prime Video, this is a fairly large saving on the first three months of a subscription.
While Starz is also currently offering new subscribers the option to pay just $5 for the first month when signing up, three months for just $6 makes this Prime Video Channel deal a much better option overall.
As this is a Prime exclusive streaming deal, it is only available to those signed up for a Prime membership or a standalone Prime Video subscription. According to Amazon’s Starz on Prime Video page, the offer is due to end on May 28, so Prime members and Prime Video subscribers have a couple of weeks to decide if they want Starz and lock in the discounted price.
If opting to sign up for Starz through Prime Video, the subscription will automatically renew at the usual rate (currently $9.99/month) following the first three discounted months. The only way to avoid this happening is to cancel the Starz subscription (through Prime Video) before the end of the final discounted month.
In terms of new content on Starz, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes became available to stream on Starz from today. As the season three finale of BMF has just aired, the latest season is also now available to binge with a Starz subscription.
In addition, a subscription will ensure you also get to see the two-part final season of Power Book II: Ghost when it premieres on June 7.
