Free NBA League Pass

For those considering signing up to NBA League Pass to watch tonight’s games, there’s no need to. Instead, the NBA has opted to make all of today’s games free to stream online. While this won’t be of benefit to those already signed up for a subscription, the free access is a good way to watch tonight’s NBA games without paying, or even signing up for a free trial.

Under normal circumstances, an NBA League Pass costs $14.99 per month while those opting for a Premium subscription pay $19.99 per month. If opting for an annual plan, the cost of NBA League Pass is $99.99 per year or $149.99 per year for Premium. Regardless of whether signing up for the monthly or annual plan, there’s the option of taking advantage of a 7-day free trial.

While the free trial is a good way to watch any of tonight’s games without paying, it seems there’s no need to even sign up. The NBA League Pass website makes clear that all of today’s games are free to watch via the website and app, although local blackouts still apply. The free day of NBA League pass is being advertised as “Hoop on Monday. Vote on Tuesday ”, in a move presumably designed to compensate for the fact that there are no NBA games on Election Day.

In total there are 15 games tipping off tonight with the first starting at 7 p.m. ET (4 p.m. PT). After which, a new game will be starting every 15 minutes with the final game starting at 10:30 p.m. ET (7 p.m. PT). The one-off free preview tonight makes it possible to watch as many out-of-market games as a home wants and can at the same time.

For those already thinking about the next games, the NBA schedule is due to resume on Wednesday (November 9) when another 13 games will be tipping off from 7 p.m. ET. Of course, an NBA League Pass subscription will be required for those games.
