If you’ve been considering signing up to MLB.TV, now might be a good time. The baseball streaming service is currently offering a yearly subscription for just $69.99. In other words, 50% off the usual cost.
Generally, MLB.TV charges $24.99 per month when subscribing on a monthly basis. If only interested in a single team, an annual subscription costs $129.99. If wanting full access, the cost of an annual subscription increases to $149.99.
While the subscription service had previously been offering the yearly subscription at $139.99, that price has now dropped down to just $69.99 when signing up. Likewise, the cost of a single-team subscription has also now dropped down to $59.99, resulting in both being discounted by around 50% compared to the previous prices.
However, these are limited-time deals. The promotion began on Thursday and is currently only due to remain available through Monday, May 21st. Today (May 20) is National Streaming Day and whether that’s the reason for the price drop this weekend, it is a saving that’s worth MLB fans considering.
For those interested in MLB At Bat, the price of a subscription has also now been decreased as part of the same promotion. Through Monday, a yearly MLB At Bat subscription will cost you $14.99, down from its usual $29.99 rate.
As a reminder, if you are a T-Mobile customer then you may be able to get an MLB.TV subscription for free next week. After giving away free subscriptions earlier this year, T-Mobile will once again be offering customers a chance to get a free subscription on Tuesday, May 23rd.
Those interested will need to download the T-Mobile Tuesdays app on or before Tuesday and sign in to take advantage of the deal (see details), but it should be worth it for any eligible T-Mobile customers that missed out on the original opportunity.
