MLB.TV has now confirmed 2023 subscription prices ahead of the start of the new Major League Baseball season. Although the prices are a little higher this year, the out-of-market baseball streaming service is looking to increase the value on offer with a subscription by introducing new features and unlocking even more content.

In terms of the price, MLB.TV has confirmed that a yearly subscription for all teams costs $149.99 in 2023. For those only interested in one team, a single team annual plan costs $129.99. Both of these prices represent a $10 increase on last year’s cost.

It is worth noting that there is also a monthly all teams subscription option available, priced at $24.99 per month. Alternatively, those just wanting to listen to MLB games can sign up for an At Bat subscription, priced at $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year.

In a bid to improve the value that’s on offer with a subscription, MLB.TV is offering more in 2023 than it did in past years. Most notably, access to Minor League Baseball is now included with a subscription, unlocking access to more than 7,000 Minor League games in the process.

For reference, the ability to watch live Minor League games is also available to those signed up to the cheaper At Bat package.

In addition to Minor League games, MLB.TV has also made some improvements to its app and viewing experience. According to the announcement, the MLB mobile apps now contain a new Watch hub, and a new big-screen Gameday mode with advanced data and pitch-by-pitch details will be available on select connected devices.

Subscribers can also check out an expanded content library which includes new episodes of original shows like “Baseball Zen” and “Carded,” as well as new shows like “Inside Stitch.”

Although MLB Opening Day 2023 isn’t until March 30, all of the plans at the new 2023 prices are available to sign up to now though the MLB.TV website and unlock access to spring training games. If signing up to the monthly or yearly all-teams package, a 7-day free trial is also available.
